Dear Kwangsei, Thank you for your feedback concerning your stay. We are happy to know that you found our location to be so convenient for visiting the nearby attractions. It was however concerning to hear that there were ants in your room. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before a new stay and we ask that guests make us aware of any oversights so that we may have these immediately addressed. We would like to believe we provide clean and modern facilities in a central location for a reasonable price. We regret that you were not satisfied in this respect.
