Excellent central location and courteous staff. Rioms were comfortable and well equipped.

Brilliant location. Walking distance to Town Hall Station and supermarkets. Close to the main attractions too. Rooms are a bit outdated but it looks like they will revamp them sometime soon because our bathroom was brand new and modern. We requested a couple of things that were missing in our room mainly in the kitchen, and the front desk was very responsive and attended to our needs promptly. They even replaced our safe that was broken. I would stay with them again but I would check first if the rooms have been renovated. The coffee shop downstairs was great too. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Great location to Darling Harbour restaurants over bridge & local shops a short walk away. Nice hotel, great buffet breakfast. Room was spacious & comfortable .. only one there.

Big clean rooms with plenty of storage and great views over the harbour, although there was an issue with the door handle to the bathroom being loose. Lots of food & drink options. Walkable to Sydney Downtown.

Room was clean and well maintained. Common areas were also well maintained. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. Location was fabulous - Darling Harbour is a great place to stay.
