Had to book something quickly due to flight cancellation. Important consideration was airport shuttle. Upon arrival, called hotel and was told where to locate shuttle stop then call back when there. Did so. At that point (maybe 5-10 minutes later) was told shuttle would be there in 30-40 mins. Unacceptable, ...
