Coastal Connecticut Golf Vacations

Our employee’s flight was delayed and they arrived after midnight for their prepaid room. They had digital cards on their phone and a physical prepaid card with their name on it. They were scheduled to check out in the morning and they were denied their prepaid room because they did not have a physical credit card (they did not want to accept the prepaid card even though it had her name printed on it). Expedia called and was told the employee could complete a request for a refund form. After the call ended the hotel refused to allow them to complete the form. Expedia called back and was told the room fee would not be refunded. We had to book another hotel. Luckily courtyard Marriott nearby was helpful and polite. Do not stay at this hotel
