"Worst soap/shampoo I've experienced, it made us wierdly squeaky. Stains on were on the comforter. Our room was ok cleanliness wise. Pool was too cold for our kids and the hot tub was broken, so our kids were all shivering within 30 minutes. Accommodating front desk, but you always have to ring for it. Very limited breakfast that is good for 1-2 days max. Stay here if you want to convince of being in Springfield, I'd rather drive 30 minutes."
