Most hospitable and amicable staff I’ve ever experienced! The rooms were a little outdated, but clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable and room service was fast and through. The amenities are amazing! Full gym, pool, basketball court, locker rooms w sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. Overall amazing stay, easy to find and access and in the heart of DTLA. Would stay again!

Loved it except no closet. But loved this staff, the beef at the restaurant, the bar, the pool, even the location. Neighborhood wasn’t great but I still loved the location farmers market. I really had a great week there! I brought my kids and their partners for my USC graduation! Loved it. Expensive but worth it!

I was charged an additional 27 dollars on my card after I left the hotel - I have emailed them three times to enquire what the charge was for and they have ignored me each time
