We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira. It had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip—from the well-equipped kitchenette and espresso machine to the thoughtful touch of a collapsible drying rack for swimsuits and towels. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again on our next visit!

Nous avons réservé un hébergement pour 3 personnes avec stationnement et piscine. À notre, pas de stationnement, il faut trouver déjà une place dans les rues bondées et payer. Ensuite, la cha.bre etait très propre et bien équipée mais ne convient pas du tout pour 3 personnes. Beaucoup trop petit. Nous n'avions même pas un endroit poir ouvrir une valise. De plus le canapé lit n'est pas un canapé lit mais simplement un matelas à déplier sur le sol sans drap et sans oreiller pour la troisième personne (il faut savoir que dans l'annonce c'était même inscrit jusqu'à 4). Quand nous avons tenter de joindre la réception qui est a distance. Nous n'avons obtenu aucune réponse. D'ailleurs les instructions reçues pour la prise de.possession indique de récuperer une clés pour l'ouverture de la résidence mais même eux ne semble pas au coura t quil n'y a aucun système pour vereuiller la porte. L'emplacement est super bien par contre mais aucune piscine à cet endroit. On ne peut pas dire qu'il y a une piscine quand on parle des.piscine naturelles pour lesquelles on doit payer un droit d'accès, très déçu car nous avions réservé cet apartement pour cette raison précisément. Je ne recommencerai pas cette endroit sauf si êtes que 2 et que les ervices sur places ne sont pas indispensables pour vous

Nice hotel, good location…I booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but there was no bed / towels etc for the child. The first bed they brought was tiny and had a rather sharp spike sticking out, the second attempt at the child’s bed was better, and eventually we were given towels for the child. We weren’t given access to the WiFi for some hours too. The manger was supposed to contact us, but we never heard from anyone. The pool on the 8th floor was way too small to cater for the demand, we skipped it mainly, and went to the beach club which was fab. The cleaning staff were lovely and the turn down service was also lovely.
