Best part, close to NAIA Terminal 3
I booked and fully paid through expedia. Front desk still charged me for 2 nights. I showed my receipt and they still refused to provide my refund. I’ll now have to report to my credit card company.
I added the breakfast buffet option. I don’t recommend. There are better restaurants just outside the hotel. Since we had to head back to the airport at 5am, front desk said they will drop off our “to go” meals in our room. They forgot!

The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.
