“The food at every restaurant was surprisingly good. We spend most of our time at the swim up bar where the bartenders were awesome. Overall, the staff was awesome everywhere. Definitely worth the trip!”

“The staff and amenities were fantastic. We've stayed at another Excellence resort previously, it was nice, but our stay at Playa Mujeres rivals Sandals in the food and hotel features. The staff was great and just did everything they could to make you have a wonderful stay. Can't wait to book again in the future!”

“숙박 시설 관리 너무 좋았어요. 매를 이용해서 야외식사나 액티비티때 새를 쫒는것도 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 식당도 다 맛있었고 특히 프랑스식당 맛도 너무 좋았고 셔츠없이 간 저희에게 셔츠까지 빌려주는 배려도 너무 맘에 들었어요. 한가지 부페식당이 음식의 다양함이 좀 부족한게 아쉬운점 한가지였습니다.”

“It was special and great stay! I felt lucky to get very personalized service and staff to celebrate my birthday with me every place I get in with a gift to my room as well! Every corner in the property is super clean and there are amazing live activities all the time. Super safe, friendly staff, real all inclusive and relaxing (except that raccoons being around sometimes might add some level of suspense haha) If there is more than 5 stars I would rate higher ;) ”

“가족여행으로 방문했는데 모두가 너무만족했던 최고의여행지였습니다. 깨끗하고 친절하고 all inclusive라 너무 편하고 서비스도 좋아요 적극 추천합니다. 다만 all inclusive라 모두가 다 안에서 식사를 하다보니 시간에 따라/식당에 따라 웨이팅이 꽤 길수있다는 점, 그리고 샤워 물 수압이 굉장히 약하다는 점 - 이 두가지만 가능하다면 개선되면 좋겠는데 굉장히 마이너하고요. 만족스러운 stay 감사합니다! ”
