“We were guests on January 4-5. The new owner Nicolas & general manager Arturo could not not have been more helpful and personable. We loved our stay with them & they went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience .”

“The Uman Lodge is a unique place in Patagonia. It was built on a cliff facing great mountains and over the Futalelfu river, that shows splendorous from any room in the hotel. Rooms are spacious, all made of local woods, with a very attractive architecture. Food was outstanding and the spa included sauna, hot tub, indoor and outside panoramic pools. Highly recomendable and 8 minutes drive from town. Manu trekings, mountain bike roads and the best river beach I’ve seen around”

“This property is uniquely odd. We arrived at night by car after long drive and couldn't figure out where the entrance was. The grounds are unkept and access roads gravel. It seemed to be an unfinished construction project. Under the light of day the entire upscale neighborhood behind the hotel is in the same unfinished state. Of the 36 rooms I think only 3-4 were occupied. Inside hotel was nicely decorated inluding great room with superb view of the bay. Restaurant breakfast was good, evening...
