“The pictures hardly do it justice, and the pictures are fantastic! We stayed in the grandmaster suite, one of the aviary master suites, and another master suite with a hot tub. All were incredible. For a couple, I would recommend the master suites with a Jacuzzi. We spent one night in a suite with a jacuzzi and private pool, but it was during rainy season and the weather was too cool to relay take advantage of the pool. “This hotel is phenomenal!!! The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and towels were changed daily. As someone that enjoys good water pressure while showering, this place has got to be the best place I’ve ever stayed in all of my travels.”

“El hotel tiene una vista espectacular y las habitaciones estan increibles, el desayuno incluido tambien esta super rico y el precio tiene una excelente relacion con la calidad. Quizas el unico comentario que no es algo que haria que no volviera es que podrian instalar algunos enchufes en ambos lados de la cama para mas comodidad, pero en general no tengo ningun comentario negativo”

“This hotel is close to Pereira, but feels like it is a world park, amazing pool wonderful restaurant great room service. The suites are wonderful with the giant hot tub, I will definitely return again and again.”

“This is a lovely spot, but is 25 min from Pereira, so it is rather isolated. We enjoyed that at first, as we were very tired. There is no where to walk, so our time was spent by the pool reading.The food was very good. We took some day trips, went to Pereira, not really a place to see. We did go to the Cocora Valley and Salento by private tour, it was lovely. Advise: allow at least 1 1/2 hours in Salento to enjoy the very charming town and good shopping (nice leathers and some quality...

“호텔외부전경이 사진에서는 굉장히 넓어보였는데 실제는 훨씬 작고 아담한 호텔임 차 없이는 찾아들어갈수없는 곳에 위치함 날씨탓이겠지만 방안에 모기약을 설치해주었는데도 불구하고 모기에 심하게 물려서 고생함 체크아웃은 미리전날밤에 다 끝내고 다음날 새벽3시30분에 나간다고하니까 공항에서 드실 간단한 도시락을 싸주겠다고 약속하더니 전혀 지켜지지않았고 그시간에 직원 또한 한명두 나와있지않았슴 차라리 그런말을 하지말던가ᆢ 룸의 청결도는 좋았는데 샤워부스유리문의 고정장치가 안되어있어서 물이 밖으로 다 튀고 새어나가 한쪽발로 지탱하며 샤워를 했슴 룸안엔 휴지통도 없었구 슬리퍼도 비치되어있지 않았슴 냉장고가 작동이 안되어 다음날 교체해 주었슴 직원들의 친절함에는 100점을 주고싶슴 이 모든불편함을 직원들의 친절한써비스로 참을수 있었슴 (가는날 도시락약속을 안지킨게 아쉽지만ᆢ)”

“Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the property is really good. The only downside is that the street is a little bit noisy in the mornings due to the Olimpica supermarket nearby. Other than that, it is a very nice and convenient option.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this property nestled up in the mountains. During the drive up I was questioning my selection but once we arrived at the property all doubts were gone. It was exactly what we wanted. Breathtaking views and wonderful service. We did the coffee tour which was very informative and fun. A must do! ”
