“The property is great the employees very friendly, the golf course fantastic and the food and drinks great too, but the new policy of “No Reservations Required” for the Steakhouse and the Italian restaurants is not good. I’ve been staying at Iberostar Cancun and Playa Paraíso for the last 6 years and we never had a problem booking a table and now with the first come first serve policy is almost impossible maybe you should do something about it.”

“We stayed here a week at the end of April and had a nice relaxing stay. Our room was conveniently located to the restaurants although a pretty good walk to the pool and beach. We loved spending time at the beach. The shows were quite entertaining and we enjoyed spending time in the lobby where it seem there was always something going on like singing or games. We found the bar and restaurant servers to be very friendly and efficient. Make sure to tip the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff....
