Enjoyed an amazing spacious room
Brilliant staff that were extremely accommodating
Now my second visit in less than 3 weeks
Just wished I lived closer as I would definitely join with a membership to use the facilities
Spa โฆ.gym and extra special feature an outside jacuzzi
Menu choices in the restaurant were great too as was the food
My only criticism is the special offer of 2 choices for a set price ยฃ25 was misleading as certain food choices which was the majority of the menu...
โI booked this hotel as it was walking distance to main line train stations and local shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. Lots of options to dine in and out, the bed was very comfortable, the room had a kettle for tea or coffee and complementary water bottles. โ
โThe room is well-decorated. And the host is kind.
But the room was little noisy. My room was outdoor A/C unit view. I was surrounded by them. So that machines made a lot of noise.
There is no E/V.... and the stairs ate complicated. If you have big luggage, you should think again to stay here.
And one more thing, bathroom floor was not clean and was slippery though I didn't spoiled anything.โ
โWe stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor thatโs underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I donโt know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but itโs not the first time its happened in London. I also needed to upload 50gb and although the staff didnโt know how to help, we figured out...
โI enjoyed a one-night stay very much, in the cleverly designed single room with its own separate bathroom. Very welcoming, all amenities provided (apart from a holder for toothbrush and paste, but it is a very small bathroom!) and beautifully presented and tasty breakfast. A word of warning if you're walking there from the station - it's uphill and quite steep!โ
โHotel is very nice to stay. But it is not easy to travel without a car because of the public transport system is not affordable and though equiped its own pub (restaurant) in the hotel, there are few shops, restaurants, pubs etc within walking distance.โ
โGreat hotel! Has everything you need and more, facilities were brilliant and great to have the on site pub. Very quiet area but close to the city. Would stay again and recommend to anyone! โ
