“I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded. ”

There was a strange, two burner stove top in the room, not sure if it was functional, but seems like it could be a safety concern if you accidentally turned a burner on. The bathroom vanity sink area was small, seems like it would make sense to knock out that wall between the sink and the stove top burners and make it one long double sink vanity,...
