“The best thing about this property was the management, they went above and beyond to insure that we had a parking spot near our room, an extra chair and assistance with the air conditioner/heater. Beyond that we wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel again. The first impression was the sloppy paint job on the doors then the dingy looking coverlet, thin towels, bad fitting toilet seat that slipped when you sat, outlets so loose that plugs fell right out as well the lingering smell of smoke in...

“We arrived early at the hotel and noticed the garbage outside was overflowing onto the sidewalk. Our room was not ready so we headed out and when we came back in the evening, the garbage had not been taken care of. Once in our room there were virtually bathroom ameneties. A small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner. A half roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. No cups. No tissues. “The hotel was functional for a couple nights stay for Sturbridge/Brimfield, but not very clean or comfortable. There was ample parking, it's attached to the Sturbridge show, and only a ten minute drive from heart of the mart. It definitely got the job done, but I would not stay again. ”
