"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"What a lovely clean spacious apartment. Great location. So close to shops, restaurants and attractions, etc.Having a tesco express opposite of needed. Easy check in. And nice and quiet apartment block."

"The information given before the stay was amazing. The apartment itself is a great find, and I would highly recommend staying here when in Chester. The entire apartment was clean and laid out to perfection. Added bonus of the Hot tub. I would not hesitate to stay here next time we are in Chester."

"Great property. When we ran into troubles with the hot tub the owner was super responsive. The only downside was that there were only 2 towels so I recommend taking towels for the hot tub if you plan to use it."

"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. "Well equipped kitchen, generally good lounge. Very good location, especially with a parking space for a car. All of Chester city centre is easy distance to walk. "
