"All around well kept, common areas and the rooms."

"The hotel is in a nice location, but I will list the reasons why I will NOT be staying here again: * Bathrooms are very nice but the showers are insanely loud and if your neighbor turns theirs on or flushes a toilet be prepared to wake up. It is astonishing at how loud the pipes are. * As you check in you are told that you can order room service, but there are no menus in your room. Not even a QR code to access the menu. *The rooms are very small. * COACKROACHES in the pool area! I saw at least 20 in the one hour that I was out there (I addressed this with staff). * My two complimentary water bottles had the seal broken and one was missing water. Not sure if they are just being refilled (I addressed this with staff)."

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The staff was welcoming, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and well prepared. The young lady did an excellent job of keeping it well stocked, clean and tidy. She did it with pride and that's important."
