โI loved this hotel. Such an interesting history. It is located in convenient walking distance to downtown. The interior is decorated beautifully in the art deco style. From the crisp cotton sheets to the high ceilings itโs all lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. โ
โThe room was obsolete and its components were too old. Cleaning of the room was poor. The bedclothes were not clean and have many hairs of fore-guests. The pillows were dirty too, so I had to place towels on them. โ

โThe owners of this property are in the works of remodeling all their rooms. We had the pleasure of staying in one of these newly remodeled rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful about options and amenities in the area. I would recommend this to travelers. It is in a perfect location for after yosemite to go to Kings Canyon and Sequoia โ
โI had to wait in line for a long time to check in at this hotel. However, the hotel room was clean, and the grab-and-go breakfast the next day was satisfactory.โ
โExcellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time.
Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by.
