“Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers ”

“I spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Kontiki. The grounds were breathtaking and I had an overall great time. Cleaning was hit and miss for me nd I don't think my floor was mopped and it showed. My toilet also wasn't the cleanest. That was my only concern. The front office staff was very hospitable. I would return but would stay in a suite.”

“They my under construction but besides that the inside looks wonderful don’t judge a book by its cover. The pool looked nice I feel like once every thing is done getting built it will look even more amazing.”

“The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews.
