"A box fresh hotel, with fantastic staff and beautiful rooms. They couldnt have done more to make us feel welcome. The whole family really enjoyed staying here an all the little extras made it even better."

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked! "Very outdated especially the bathroom, the photos are very misleading. There were no gym in the facility. Rooms are badly soundproofed. Awful smell in the room and in the floors. "
