“Very nice feel about the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious with generous size beds and a fridge, breakfast was excellent, also with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Shuttle wasn't available when I stayed there, but plenty of taxi options so in the end it was OK in that respect. Will stay here again when I come back to Bacau.”
“I stayed here one night in October 2024. I ended up at this hotel because most in Suceava were full, on a last minute trip, and am glad for the discovery!
I got an executive room, and it was indeed spacious and confortable. Divided into two spaces, one with couch, armoire and clothes hanger; the other with the sleeping room, King bed, coffee machine, and fridge (empty, but they do sell snacks and drinks at reception). I appreciated that two bottles of water were offered in the room.

“An excellent hotel option downtown Piatra Neamt. The staff was great, professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was excellent, large, clean and with a nice view and a great bed. Everything worked well and it even had a safe available. Best location possible. A wonderful experience. ”
