"Nice place "

"Perfect location, very polite staff. We stayed 3 days and were given fresh towels and extra supplies regularly. There is a restaurant on property that has great good and service. Each evening there was a live performance happening. The mattress provided in the room could have been more comfortable though. It felt extremely worn out and old. Overall we loved our stay here and will be coming back again. "

"This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. All I can say is that the staff were absolutely outstanding in what must have been a difficult situation for them in what was one of the worst snowstorms in decades. "Terri is quite hospitable and friendly. She adapted quickly to my dietary restrictions. Gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do in town and a lovely conversationalist. Rooms are adorable, clean and comfy. Highly recommend. "

"This is a beautiful hideaway in the middle of northern Cape Breton. The owners are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We arrived on ADV motorcycles looking to explore the interior and were not disappointed. The food at the restaurant was also a highlight."
