“Very clean inside the property and room, very peaceful and quiet. Millie was very accommodating. These are great cabanas, the outside area of the property is a little sketchy but it is quiet. The only bad comment I have is that I forgot some personal items and it’s totally my fault and when I emailed them the next day, they stated they have already been thrown away. “This hotel was great for us. Really well priced and located. Had everything we needed and they rented us bikes for our entire stay which was perfect! There were some ants coming in at night but that didn't bother us much, it's pretty inevitable in my opinion. The ac was set sooo cold and we couldn't change the settings. We should've asked the host but we didn't so that's on us. Probably could have been remedied. Cold ac is probably a plus to many visitors :) ”

“You’re greeted at the door with a welcome drink and a run down of the property and of the neighbourhood. If there was a way to give 50/5 stars to the staff then I would. Laundry services, the cleaning staff, the genuine care for the property, and the local knowledge shared with us went a long way. The rooms, the facilities, and the property were immaculate. Again, the level of customer service is unmatched! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars, and they can organize a taxi and/or golf cart...

“Just got home from a week at Ocean Tide! It was an amazing trip. It is in a prime location, a very short golf cart away from literally everything. Also has 2 cafes very very close which was easy breakfast and lunch options. All the staff we met there were friendly. They even have the sweetest hotel cat! “This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....
