“We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent.”

“We have booked at this hotel, but while we were on our way there we received an e-mail saying that the hotel room is no longer available so they gave as another room at another hotel a couple miles away.It was horrible, so dirty, we didn't know how to leave faster.The lady at the reception was rude, when I asked about heating as I was traveling with a young child she told me that this is what I paid for.On a good note, she did give me another room with a heater.The hotel was empty, just a few...
