" STAFF WAS EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY. I LEFT A DOP KIT AND MANAGEMENT MAILED TO MY HOME. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM DECOR WAS RUN DOWN, OLD, APPEARED TO COME FROM THRIFT STORE. NEEDS MAJOR UPGRADE."

"After getting to our room we discovered that the AC was not working. So I called the front desk and within 5 minutes we were brought keys to a new room with working AC. I appreciate how quick and easy the process of switching rooms was. "
