Comfortable stay, clean room, no nonsense process, friendly staff, they do charge $10 + deposit for pets at the check in but you get the deposit back. Only spent a few hours in our room but they were comfortable hours, ac gets very cold (we like that)

There was pee on the toilet and around it, hair in the sink and tub, pubic hair and stains on the sheets. There were sketchy people hanging all around the hallways and out front in the lot. We didn't feel safe and left.

Room was fairly nice. Killed two roaches Sheets had stains. Left over towels form previous tenant. Internet worked only half the time. Tenants across from us screaming into late hours. Building and room however quite clean. Staff was very polite and pleasant. Any issues were resolved immediately.

The front desk staff have always been nice and so pleasant to deal with. Even though pets are allowed, it’s still clean and smells nice. There’s a nice little area for pet walking, with clean up bags provided, which we appreciate.

Overall always a good stay.

Our stay was good. When we walked in to check in. Smelled clean and fresh. Room was cozy but could have used a thicker blanket on the bed and also the smoke detector beeped all night. Battery must have needed replacing.
