“I loved having a clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. And the breakfast was fantastic. The bar was the cherry on top ”

“Door had been broken and poorly repaired. Had to shoulder block to get it to open. Floor was sticky and obviously dirty. Tub was slippery with nothing to hold onto. Breakfast was okay but poor girl who spoke no English was assigned to tell us there was no orange juice. We knew the Days when they started this chain and they would be horrified to see how far it has fallen. No maintenance =poor reviews=no maintenance. Positive note: young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. ”

“I absolutely would recommend Greenstay. The staff is friendly, the area is good with easy access to the highway, & most importantly my cat & I are very comfortable & have no worries. Free laundry machine & driers for guests as well as a gym, breakfast, & the outdoor pool opens up tomorrow. ”

“My husband and I were visiting Brandon for the first time. We stayed in room1411 at stone castle motel. It was on the 4th floor. The room was decent, altho the cleaning service needs pay attention to coffee pots, sinks, and bedside tables. Other than that at least the bathroom was clean. Lol. My biggest complaint was it was so hot on the 4th floor. Thank goodness for air conditioning in the rooms. I love that you have hot breakfast but only wish for breakfast sausage and or bacon. “The property was clean and nice. They allowed me to check in early. Very nice staff would recommend.”

“The staff is precious. They were all kind, polite and took very good care of us. It is an older hotel, so there was some mold, the wood furniture was worn at the edges, and not vacuumed behind. The wallpaper is stained in places and peeling some in others. I probably wouldn’t have noticed any of those things if I’d never cleaned hotel rooms for a living. I’d stay again for that sweet staff, if not for the state the property was in.”

“Had stayed at GreenStay (Central) last year and found it was very nice and a good location. Tried it again this year and, again, found everything was great. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast in the morning is good. Parking area is very well lighted and several fast food places very close (like right next door and across the street). Five day stay with no issues. Would recommend.”

“The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. New sheets, bathroom very clean, bed was firm and comfortable. The only bad thing is there is no do not disturb sign. The cleaning staff does not know if guest wishes to sleep in or not. They knock and wake the guest. ”
