“헤븐리 스키장 곤돌라와 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있지만 숙박하는 동안 곤돌라가 전혀 운행되지 않았어요. 그런 날이 꽤 많다고 하네요. 식당이 좁아서 아침 식사를 위해 기다려야 할 때가 많았어요. 침대가 너무 푹 꺼져서 불편해요. 요청할 경우에만 방을 치워 준다고 했는데 요청 없이도 직원이 들어와서 방을 치우고 있었어요.”

“I would give them 5 stars but since I have 5 nights reservation 7/16-7/21, I was told at check-in that my room would be clean on the 4th day (7/19). After returning back from a long day of sightseeing and hiking, I can to a room that was not clean. I immediately went to see front desk, and I was told that housekeeping attempted to clean my room on 7/18 but I had a “Do not disturb” sign on my door. Mind you that the change in the cleaning schedule was not communicated to me. Front desk mediated...

“방이 상당히 깨끗하고 넓고 좋음. 미국의 숙소에서 좋은 기억이 별로 없었는데, 아주 맘에 들었음. 아침 식사도 종류가 크게 변하진 않지만 충분히 즐길만한 음식. 가득히 눈내릴 때 오두막에서 벽난로 키고 있는게 참 기분 좋음. 주변과 떨어져 있어서 이동이 어려움. 타호씨티와 주변 스키장까지 무료 셔틀이 제공된다고 하는데, 프론트에 부탁해서 제공받아야 하고 그것도 안되는 경우가 종종 있음. 택시를 불러주지만 비쌈. ”

“Upon arrival, had to check-in by phone. Very impersonal and took too long. The room was small with a tiny bathroom. No information or instructions was provided in the room. I paid a premium for the view of the lake and it was just okay, at best. I expected more for the cost.”

“This property is a jewel; it has B&B vibes! I loved that they use actual room keys instead of key cards, as they are famous for demagnetizing. I didn’t use the spa, but it looked very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Also it’s well within walking distance to The Village and we attended a free Tuesday Blues band concert. Also has hiking trails which I’ll be back to explore. Mostly what I loved is the quiet location; no road noise! It was as quiet as my best camping trip.”
