"The Portola Hotel provided excellent customer service. My family and I were able to check-in early. We had a nice view of the bay from our balcony. The hotel was very clean. We loved that the Portola Hotel location was steps away from Fisherman's Wharf and downtown shopping and restaurants.
It was so convenient having the Trolley transportation bus across the street to take us to Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium and other tourist locations.
The morning before check-out, it was nice being able to come downstairs and have breakfast and relax in the hotel restaurant.
We would definitely stay her again!"
