"Room a bit cold and adjusting heating didn't make much difference. Hotel is a few miles south of Fort William so I stayed in for dinner which I seriously regret. Food was mediocre at best and expensive for burnt pepperoni pizza overloaded with cheese and tomato paste and sausage unidentifiable as pepperoni. Staff uninterested in doing anything to help."

"Lovely self catering apartment with stunning views over to Skye. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and the restaurant food was excellent. "

"The food and the service in the restaurant was terrible. We waited for an hour to get our pizza while people who ordered after us had already got their steak. Had chase down the staff 3 times and then our pizza turned up burnt "
