“The bathroom and shower were not clean at all. There were hairs and mold in drain”

“The first room we checked into had a broken sink faucet handle. So we were moved to another room. It does not look like the new room had been cleaned from the previous guest. Leftover food was in the refrigerator. Long hair was on the bathtub walls and tub bottom. Although the bath sink did not leak, it looked like the drain under the sink was sealed with some kind of putty (white) on the metal drain pipes. I mentioned these issues to the clerk at checkout, and they did not seem to be concerned....

“Property was very quiet even with the pool area on the same floor. We’ll definitely stay there again!”

“This hotel is at the convention center end of Wilmington which means it's surrounded by boring, bland hotels and parking lots. It is however the most interesting hotel in the area since it incorporates an historic rail warehouse. The loft style rooms with the cubicle wall bathrooms, slider door, and curtain really aren't that great. Passing trend which is already passé.”

“What a clean and well-maintained place. The entire property looks brand new. The pool is perfect—clean furniture, plenty of towels, and the water at the perfect temperature.”
