“The Hotel is beautiful. However, our coffee wasn't refilled by the cleaning crew. We had to leave for Whale tour, therefore we didnt have time to ask for it. Electric vehicle chargers are only outlets and you need to bring your own charging cable. Obviously, when renting a car, you do not have that. These have created some inconvenience for us. Overall, the stay was pleasant and we will return but w/o an electric car. ”

“룸이 넓은 편은 아니었지만 4인 가족이 1박 하기에 적당했습니다. 장애인 룸을 예약해서 그런지 세면대가 작은것이 낯설었습니다.다만 샤워기가 부착형이 아니라서 좋았습니다”

“It was a last minute reservation after a horrible experience with another hotel. The front desk was so nice and accommodating to my husband and I. We promised ourselves to come back soon to Monterey & we will for sure be staying in this hotel. ”

“Beautiful corner room. Paid more than I ever have for a room in my life but for our 25th anniversary, it was worth it. Loved the view, the breakfast brought to our room and the cozy fire place. We has a nice dinner at the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay at the Spindrift again. ”

“Went whale watching and got soaked. Hotel really needs a washer and dryer on the property. Hot water takes for ever to come out when taking a shower and dont get me started on the water pressure!”

“Older “Inn” but clean and had “old world charm”. Well located so we could park and walk all over Carmel. Everything was clean and front desk people were friendly and helpful. Flowers were beautiful in their courtyard!”

“Its a nicely appointed clean and lovely location and room. However, there are 2 flights of stairs to navigate so its not for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The property may have other rooms with no stairs (on the lower floor) but I can't confirm that. Otherwise it was great location, we also ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent”

“The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The yogurt and fruit parfait at breakfast was nice as well as the home baked cookies at night. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a gorgeous walk along Monterey Bay is only two blocks away. The building however is on the historic register and over 130 years old. The floors creek and the walls are thin. The other breakfast items (bagels, small muffins and pastries, coffee, etc) are meh. But the price was right.”
