The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "
