"This hotel was very nice and we found the location quiet and convenient to getting around town. The rooftop provided gorgeous views of the mountains. And the folks running the place were pleasant for sure. Breakfast was adequate and the pool really refreshing."

"Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "

"As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free...
