"This is a nice resort although could do with some improvements considering it is quite a costly hotel compared to others in Vang Vieng... nothing bad but little details ... like better choice of pillows (very bulky so good to provide and flat ones too), more prompt action when water suddenly did not work at all, more options for breakfast, bicycles should be free for guests given the distance from town centre ... the resort is nice and room spacious and clean but the above suggestions would be...

"Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing.
