"Amazing stay. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was also flexible with checkout and even arranged my drop-off at the train station. I would definitely stay here again."

"Not the cleanest place we've stayed in. On arrival cigarette butt in shower recess, bath mat was dirty, balcony if you could call it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Bed was comfy, linens nice. Staff on arrival had very limited English & couldn't convey what they wanted. In the end we think she was asking our permission to photocopy our booking papers from Hotels.com. but we'll never really know."
