The amenities at the hotel were top-notch, featuring a stunning rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of delicious options. However, it's worth noting that breakfast timings can get quite busy, so plan accordingly to avoid the rush. Overall, I highly recommend the Jen Orchardgateway Singapore for anyone looking for a great hotel experience in a fantastic location!"

"Foood could have been better."

"The check in was a bit slow, and I got sent to the wrong elevator bank, but apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big fan of the room, which was quite small, and I couldn't get electronics to work properly. The breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of good amenities, including pool, restaurant, laundry, and gym. The location is nice, close to the river walk, or else not far from the subway."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."
