"Chose right time to there since Odori Park located 30 seconds walk from the View had a Food and Wine Festival. 8 different ramen vendors plus over 25 various types. The pizza line was the busiest, wines vendors were busy making bank. Room was nice great view of Park. Older hotel but very comfortable lots of space. We paid $140 for 2 nights what a steal."

"Liked the location- close to the train station the room that I chose was too small ( never had that tight space) But it was equipped with everything I needed thou. Wish two beds(dbl size) can be smaller (twin size)then we would have more space . Liked the food -breakfast - buffet area was real tight to move around with a tray. "

"This hotel is very convenient as it is just 2 train stop fr Sapporo Station. It is at a busy district with lots of restaurants & shops. I must compliment your staff Karim who is absolutely helpful & cheerful. Yi Wen also very helpful in directing us to our destinations. Overall we are very please our stay in your hotel. Will definitely recommend/promote your hotel to my friends. If only there are some daily day tours conducted by your hotel or merge with some travel agency for short tours for...

"Second time at ANA Crowne Plaza, overall satisfied with the service and stay, with the only exception of air-conditioning. Same issue as the previous stay, not being able to control and lower the temperature, locked at around 25 degree, which is relatively warm (to me). "

"We shared 260 sq.ft.space, nice view of streets and city. Hotel located in the Cocono Susukino Complex on the 7 floor. Supermarket in basement, Bakery above excellent, 3rd and 4th over 12 dining options, 5th had Movie Complex. Their breakfast buffet was awesome. Space is key, bathtub 4.5 ft perfect for someone 5ft 2 and smaller and only 1 small dresser drawer to put clothes. No room to open big suitcase or storing on the side. Over all a great experience and I would be back again.👻"

"Hotel is quite old, and lamp in the room washroom was flickering during the second day of stay. In addition, hotel staff was not able to make arrangement for the airport taxi in the next early morning (4am) with 24 hours ahead of schedule as being confirmed earlier, and never informed us earlier so that we can think of any other ways, leaving anxiety in us. Luckily, there was a taxi managed to be called to pick us up 3 hours before our departure. Please do not simply give a rest-assurance to get...

"Nice Japanese style boutique hotel. Polite staff, the entire facility is nice, clean and model design. Very cute and tasty tea & coffee brewing machine. Slight complaints that the pillows are small and flat."
