They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. "

"the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with translations. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast dim sum buffet. There is a Bank of China nearby for withdrawing dollars. There is also a fruitmarket across the street, and we found plenty of restaurants. it was about 100 yuan by taxi from the airport to the hotel."

"very old hotel but the rooms were well maintained and generally clean to the naked eye, however , the pillows were lacking in comfort as they were very flat and it was very difficult to sleep well with such flat pillows. The room had a turn down service for fruits and drinks which was welcoming and also nice to have. the pool was a little scary to even think about using , as the water seemed quite greenish from my room view on the 4th floor."
