"Property was beautiful, however the second floor of the room was definitely not adult friendly. There were too many hazards and toilets are not as functional. Having said that, the resort exceeded our expectations in various ways."

"We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beware to those who stay at this hotel. The pictures look great, but the spa itself is actually just the pool(?) outside the room and the public pool. My fiance went when during the spring when there's intermittent rain so I was really looking forward to using the small private pool at our room; however, the pool had the same debris in it the both days we were there and the faucet was really slow at filling the pool to the extent that I gave up. "This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"
