"Super service de la part de tout le membre du personnel de l’hôtel, des espaces extérieurs et des restaurants. Les chambres étaient très propres et spacieuses, les piscines et l’espace plage sont très bien entretenus. Le buffet du déjeuner proposait plusieurs choix et tout était délicieux. Expérience 5 étoiles, nous y retournerons"

"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and plastic around. Shame our tourist tax isn't helping with that!!"

"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t consider the hotel itself to be at a five-star level."
