“The food was fabulous and a great surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars but there was a distinct smell of fish on entering the hallway and the bar was only open when the evening meal service started. There was no chance for a drink when you came back from a long walk. Maybe it was because the hotel was not fully booked.”

“We spent just an amazing and relaxing stay at Trehaven Manor. Ella is the most wonderful and caring host we have ever met. This is simple, we felt we were friends invited to her lovely home, as opposed to be customers. Ella has always tons of recommendations for visits or restaurants and always anticipate our needs or questions with special attentions.
Our room was charming, quiet and enjoying a beautiful view over the Looe river. We slept like babies while we could not remember last time we...
