"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Princesse Caroline. At first we were very warm as the hotel had not switched from heat to air conditioning for the year and you cannot change the setting in your room. However, a few days into our stay, the air was turned on and we felt much more comfortable. The front desk was very nice when we asked about this and explained it to us.
