"Staff was very friendly!! Room was clean, in good shape. AC was out of order while we were there but we got free drinks and free parking on the property for our stay to make up for the inconvenience which was very good and saved us a lot of money. I'd come here again!"
"The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! "Great hotel, perfect for travelling into the centre as its 2mins walk from the train station. Good breakfast but the options are the same every day.
Our room was huge but I dont think that is normal from the floor plan but we appreciated the extra space.
Would definitely recommend "
"Hotel Casa Amsterdam was perfect! Outside of Central Amsterdam but a quick trip on the Metro to Amstrel Station which is bus, train and tram. From the station it is a quick 5 minute walk! Steps from a trail on the canal, 5 min walk to the grocery store, 10 minute walk to the best sorbetto I have ever had!, many cafes and restaurants including in house at the hotel with roof top patio option! This place is clean, staff amazing and location was perfect’ can’t say enough about the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend to people visiting Amsterdam! "
"Place is good but they did not do extra step to let us eat on lobby, dirt two days was OK and third day they said we cannot eat in lobby even though there was space because of our food. "
