"From someone who stays in hotels a lot with my job I have to say this hotel has it all, the staff can not do enough for you from the lovely reception staff who held our luggage and placed medical stents in the office so we didn’t have to carry them around, to Lewis on the bar, all super efficient and friendly. Room clean and lovely with a great view of the city."

"Staff wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me in a tricky work situation. Hotel reception and bar relaxed and friendly. Breakfast lovely. Rooms very clean. Radiator impressive how quickly it heated the room. Booked car parking space calling reception. Close to tesco, cafe, deli, spoons. Great location. Will stay again."

"I've stayed here many times and always enjoy it. It's not super fancy, but it's always modern, clean, comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's nice having the kitchen and a big airy room. The only minor (but might be more for others) downside is there's stairs everywhere to get in. It's fine for me, but a bit of a pain with heavy luggage -- although most cab drivers are happy to help with luggage. There is a ramp on one side, but I've never been dropped off there. The hotel mentioned it to me, so you could probably specify that. I definitely try to stay here whenever I'm in Aberdeen!"

"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again"

"Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly on reception and room was warm and cosy. Enjoyed the stay, would stay again next time i'm working up in Aberdeen. Little co-op shop just down the road and the highstreet a couple of mins walk away so a decent location. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

"The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."
