"Clean"

"I booked a King room, but when we got to the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms with two queens available. I accepted that to be true and although disappointed accepted the room with two queen double beds. When I got to the room, I was curious so I got on Hotels.com and realized that I could have still booked a king bed room at that time. A few hours later, I tried again to see if I could book a king bed room for that night and again the king bef room was available. This was an absolute baiting switch by the desk clerk and a very disappointing experience. Not only were there two cranes in the bed instead of the king. It was so tight and cramped that it was ridiculously uncomfortable. You're a lot of hotel airports in El Paso, and the Marriott is one that I will surely pass up in the future. "

"If you're up for some unplanned exploration, stay here. The front desk forgot to mention my room was in a totally different building. After a hike to get there, I discovered my pull out bed was missing linens. Then, after multiple phone calls, endless promises, and a 45 minute wait, I went back downstairs, where they claimed they didn't have any to give me, and told me to just wait in my room for them to be delivered. Imagine my surprise when a very nice security guard walked out with the exact linens I needed right from behind that same desk. It was a wonderful ending to driving 15 hours, ready to go to sleep, only to have to wait another hour before I actually could."

"The water park is seasonal, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We booked the room thinking the water park was open and parking is hard to find."

"Doors by the pool didn’t lock just safety was a issue, room was very run down and did not look like the website, we had to have our ac cleaned so it would cool properly, stains all over the walls, needs a major update."

"Once you drive up to this property, you will notice these were apartments that have been changed out to be a hotel. We booked the two king bed suite. The upstairs level was very hot. It had one of those mini split ac's on the inside wall but it still would not get any cooler than 84 degrees. The bottom floor had bugs in the bathroom. The mini kitchen area was dirty. Neighboorhood was okay, aside from the people a few doors to the right blairing their loud music from their car for awhile. Over all not as bad as I have encountered but definitly not a place I would book again. "

"It was perfect for us for going across the border to get excellent work done at a third price we didn’t get to spend that it was fine no pool knocked out in your room, but who cares he could take care of yourself there is coffee in the lobby and the microwave benefits"
