"I had never stayed at an Epic Sana hotel before and this was such a pleasant and excellent experience. Great location -close to Barrio Alto - very nice property with really excellent amenities: indoor pool and spa; a great rooftop pool with amazing views of the city and a good enough gym. The rooms were very nice, with a comfortable bed (very important) and a great strong shower, serviced consistently well every day. Breakfast was outstanding with a terrific array of tropical and other fruit, and more pastries and cooked food that you could eat. The staff served and cleaned the tables attentively without ever having to ask or wait for anything.
The staff at the hotel were all extremely nice and pleasant and courteous, super polite and attentive in every instance and every interaction we had from the reception to the restaurants.
I am very particular about hotels and hold 5 star hotels to high standards. I am very happy to have chosen this hotel, which I didn’t know before at all, but would now recommend it highly and happily stay here when I come back to Lisbon."
