“Super nice place to stay!! Everything went smooth as should be”

“Beautiful property, lovely accommodations and staff. Breakfast was outstanding. The only complaint was that they tried to charge us for missing towels days after checkout that we did NOT take. Upon check out, we were flying to Barcelona and then taking a cruise from there after so there was certainly no need for us to take anything from the resort (nor could we fit it in our luggage with all we had packed).”

“Location close to the city with great views of the ocean. Good bedding. Fruits, water, milk and crackers were appreciated. The property is in need of better maintenance though - there is mold in the bathrooms, poorly cleaned windows which ruin the view, linens and towers had sports on them, the whole apartment has a damp smell to it. With all of that, not worth the price we paid.”

“I’m just going to state the facts here. When we first arrived, the electronic keypad did not work. We had to communicate with the property manager. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in. When we got in the housekeeper, showed that the door jam had been mangled from a previous visit and was probably the reason the electronic key did not work. When we gathered...
