“Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

“Excellent location, within walking distance of everything. Convenient onsite parking. Our room was clean , and the daily breakfast was delicious. Julie, at the desk, was terrific. ”

“Older hotel. Clean. Shower head kept falling down. Pool not heated- outdoor seating iffy- busted thru. Breakfast was decent - basics covered. 2nd elevator felt questionable- doors closed very quick-and did not pause for hand or body. TV is basic only- no streaming apps. Staff were great and friendly. Location was great if want to be close to beach. Walking distance- literally across street. Parking at hotel was easy and lots of it. ”

“I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!”
