"The staff were an hour late for check in for starters. The place was disgracefully dirty and we had to wait for the property to be cleaned. Linen was not changed in 2 weeks. There were no cooking utensils off any cutlery and crockery. Balcony was full of broken appliances. Just disgusting."

"The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay. "
