"Our stay was from 03/20 (Friday) through 03/22 (Sunday). Overall the hotel was beautiful and clean. The check in was easy and quick. The front desk staff who helped us was kind and answered our questions. Our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean and bathroom had a lot of room. There was ample parking in the garage even when there were events happening in the evening during the weekend. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.
Downside: We did not have a good experience at their restaurant, the Owner's Box. It was not very busy when we arrived for a late lunch on Friday 03/20 and we waited over 15 mins and no one still brought us a menu or took our orders even after we flagged someone. There were staff standing and laughing but they did not seem to care that people were waiting to be helped. The staff behind the bar was taking orders for those at the bar. Too bad the service was awful because we were looking forward to eating there. We ended up leaving and going across the street to eat at another restaurant. Because of the bad service, we ended up not going back to try any of their restaurants during our stay.
We would consider staying here again when we return in a few months. Appreciate the rest of the hotel staff who were very kind and provided great service as we navigated the rest of the hotel."
